Faustina Jones

Faustina Jones is a dedicated Geospatial Developer/Analyst with a master’s in Geosciences from Georgia State University and a bachelor’s in Geography and Regional Planning from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. Her passion for GIS began during her undergraduate studies, leading her to pursue advanced degrees and specialize in spatial analysis. With over eight years of experience in the Spatial Data Analysis, Faustina has contributed to projects ranging from Fiber Optics modeling to Eucalyptus plantation design. Currently, she works in the government’s Real Estate Division, where her GIS expertise informs strategic planning and land-use policies. Inspired by her study abroad experience, she co-founded LSAC to guide others in pursuing education overseas.
Samuel Okai
LASC Principal Consultant
Samuel Okai is currently a PhD student at the Department of Plant Sciences of the University of Tennessee, United States of America. Having successfully completed two different masters track programs, first in the United Kingdom and later in the United States of America; he is well versed in navigating the complexities and intricacies of graduate and undergraduate study abroad admissions, funding and related matters. Samuel, in close coordination with the other consultants of LSAC, have guided students to finding their desired programs of study.
Anthony Fiifi Afful
LASC Principal Consultant
Anthony Afful is a Research Economist and Data Analyst with a Master of Philosophy degree in Economics from the University of Cape Coast. As a graduate student at Georgia State University currently pursuing a master’s in Applied economics, I have three years of research experience and a strong foundation in data analysis. With expertise in STATA, R, Python, and SQL, I excel at data visualization, database management, and causal inference modeling. My passion lies in using research and data analytics to address global challenges, and I strive to be a part of a new generation of researchers and innovators driving change in the world. In my current role as a Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia State University, I am actively engaged in restructuring raw data for research analysis and modeling, as well as providing supplementary instruction in Principles of Microeconomics to undergraduate students. Prior to this, I served as a Research Assistant at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, where I taught Principles of Economics and supervised undergraduate research projects. Having gone through the phase of transitioning from studies in Ghana to studying in the United States, I am excited to assist and guide other individuals who seek to make this same journey in search of academic excellence.
